​Attorney Peppetti has extensive experience handling legal issues in Criminal Defense, Child Custody, Divorce, Protections from Abuse, Support and Juvenile matters. His trial experience includes defending clients against significant Felony charges including Delivery of Controlled Substances, Aggravated Assault, Burglary and Rape; as well as Misdemeanor charges including Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Attorney Peppetti is a member in good standing of the Bar of the Commonwealth Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Blair County Bar Association.  He is licensed to pratice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Education

Attorney Peppetti obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.  While at Juniata, he was a three-year letterman in both Football and Track; as well as a member of the National Political Science Honor Society.  Attorney Peppetti later received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
